How to make pasta hariyali? Ingrident: Penne pasta no 3 Basil leaves: small bunch Cummin seed: 1 table spoon Green apple: 1 whole Corrinder powder: 1 table spoon garlic" 1 tab spoon onion: half cut Heat up the pan add some olive oil and add garlic and lower your fire......wait till the smell start to hit the tip of your nose then add some onion........sautee it for 2 mins then add cummin seed following with green cut apple in small pcs......make sure to put the fire back in medium.........then sauteed it for while then add salt, pepper and pour splash of wine........Then heat up your penne......( make sure penne is al dente when u take out of fire). What is al dente? the best way to eat pasta is neither cooked too much nor over cooked....when u bit in teeth it should be indicating like breaking....still feel like bit uncooked but it break nicely no easily. Add your pasta inside and mix well then add basil leaves from top.............enjoy your meal ( bon appetite)

Lately, I have been using Nepali Fish pickle. It comes in a small plastic container, sold in supremarkets in Nepal. Mix this with soynuts (bhatmas), peanuts, sesame oil, timur, garlic and ginger pieces, some cilantro and green onions, makes it excellent snacks for drinking when you have a party. (warning! do not add garlic if you are planning to go clubbing later and wanting to get Laid)
