I disagree with Nepe's political views but I disagree with foul derogatory language more. I have seen bathroomcoffee abusing many people personally for their ideas which is different from his. I thought it was sajha policy to enforce users to respect each others ideas without using abusive, derogatory language. I may be mistaken. This kills any possibility of a fruitful debate.

Saroj people swear in reality all the time. So there is no need to make this pretentious make nice enviroment with a knife behind your back. If you don't want to talk to me thats fine with me. This is a virtual world not a REAL WORLD. Unless you have something to gain from here i don't see the need of this pretentious make nice enviroment. If I don't agree with you I should be able to respond the way I want to. This is sajha not some exclusive club where you are required to pretentiously be nice to others. If I am angry.. you will hear my wrath, if I am giddy... you will hear my laughter. There is no need to supress anything.

nepe, I really wanted to read your comments. I would really appreciate it if you could post in english, if that is not a problem. I think it is in the best interest of the country to not look backward, but to create a strong foundation (constitution) for the future. One can rightly put the blame on the King, the Army, the Maoist, the political parties/leaders for various crimes, human right abuses, etc. What we have now is an opportunity to write the constitution of Nepal, which is something that will remain long after we are gone, or so I hope. Have we not had enough of the violence, the nepotism, the corruption? I hope that after the election, everybody will work together constructively for the people and the motherland.

Dear Saroj, We can disagree with each other but It should be our policy that we express our disagreement in a language that shows your character and I am enthralled by your views that views must be expressed with decency and respectability. Here, the quality and taste of language is so low that all know to whom I am referring to even without mentioning that "disgusting" name/alias of that person. It seems that even the person who has used very foul, defamatory and derogatory language to others knows that the language is not appropriate but the frustration because of defeat of his "maliks" makes him so enraged that he can not control his mouth. I wish our parents do not visit this forum to get disappointed with their sons. The quality of language used here has never equalled the nadir of defamation and I hope will never surpass that lowest standard. But, I think, we, the democratic and republic forces should not get distracted by these despicable forces in this earth who can not grasp the only constant law of this world that " the change is inevitable."

Bathroom talking about integrity. That would be the Sajha joke of the decade !
But seriously, Rai-ji, you might not see at this moment of confusion and vulnerability, but it is going to do good to you.
Your identity is already semi-known in Sajha. And you seem to be oblivion of the fact that your incessant bad-mouthing and cyber-bravado is putting real you in greater and greater danger.
You really needed someone to help you see what you were doing to yourself. Your friends apparently did not care. So I thought give my helping hands. Kura tetti ho.
I am helping you by hopefully putting an end to your actions by which you are hurting yourself.
You might not want to realize it today. But you will, one day.
This is my last posting to you on this one. There are other more important topics going on here.

Sajha Lawyer, Are you calling me a Royalist ? ha ha ha Which Malik are ou fugging talking about ? I am my own malik MORON. I don't have to join any party or group to make myself belong to anyone. I am confortable standing by myself. Whether you are dissapointed or not I don't give a rats ass. I feel sorry that you cannot look beyond the language aspect of what I wrote. But then again YOU ARE ONE OF OF THOSE BHEDAAAS WHO DUN KNOW THEIR HEAD FROM THEIR ASS IF THEY DO NOT BELONG TO A GROUP OR A POLITICAL PARTY. SO ITS OK FOR ME TO REVEAL YOUR REAL NAME HERE IN SAJHA THEN HUH !! SAJHA GUSHYA LAWYER ? ha ha ha IF YOU DON'T QUESTION YOUR AUTHORITIES HOW THE FUG ARE YOU GOING TO KNOW IF THEY ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING FOR THE COUNTRY. I CAN ALSO SWEET TALK FROM MY ASS TO PLEASE PEOPLE, BUT VERY VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW THEIR TRUE INTENTION. CHANGE IS FINE WITH ME AS LONG AS ITS GOOD FOR THE NEPAL. BUT RICE 1KG KO 90RS CHA AILEY, SO ARE YOU GOING TO PAY 90RS LIKE A BHEDA OR ARE YOU GOING TO QUESTION THE AUTHORITES WHY IT IS 90RS. THAT IS MY POINT.

This is wrong. I know the Sandu Rai from boston. Sandu had accident and his right hand is in a plaster right now. I don't think he can be typing anything right now unless he has assistants who type for him. I don't know who Bathroomcoffee is but he should not be abusing Sandu's name, and neither Nepe without knowing the fact.

Bathroom,
Does not make too much of a difference even if you are still “anonymous”. We exchanged our messages to each other. That is what matters.
*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** **
Nepesahila,
Whether Bathroom is a case of freedom or a case of general responsibility is probably arguable. However, you are entitled to your opinion.
That said, I sure will question you this. Has Bathroom ever attacked you like he does to others?
If yes, there is some water in your argument. Otherwise, it’s possible that you are holding something easy from your comfort zone.
So, bring me the victims of Bathroom’s daily rituals defend him. I will take that. Fair enough ?
As for what I did, it was neither without sufficient warnings, nor was really shattering. You might want to read the older conversation between Bathroom and me.
And finally, you will have to wait to see what and how much got destroyed. I am not sure what Bathroom presented here was his true inner self.
Nepe

There is only one defination of freedom in the dictionery last I checked. Ta justo gadha ley yesto kura ke bujthiyo. or is it there is freedom for elitists like NEPE maharaj and then there is freedom for the rest of us(is that what youare saying). he he

Nepe Daji, I think it is a blunder you did today. It is really hard to believe that you have disclosed someones ID without his consent. Instead of disclosing BC's identity, you could have sorted out your anger through private messaging, or just could have avoided the bitter head-on ego-clash. Do not get me wrong, I never supported the way BC presents himself with his excessive foul language and arrogant tonality. But his stuffs are not always senseless, and I wish if he could have avoided foul-words and making people angry for no good reason. Disclosing his identity is not a preferred way to stop him using foul language. Remeber, BC turned out to be aggressive once he was threatened to make his identity public and he was amused when others fired him wrongly (I remember someone had threatened him refering his wife and daughter etc. I think it was in a scuffle errupted after Muna video scandal.) Many of regular sajha dwellers (including BC) are not completely anonymous for many others in Sajha, including myself, but I don't feel comfortable with disclosing identity without consent. Sajha is a virtual world, where we should respect the right of anonimity of its member. I request Nepe Daji, to use EDIT feature and remove BC's name from the entry.

Chana-jyu,
I appreciate your view and suggestions. I will sleep on them. However, as I said earlier, what Bathroom’s victims feel about it carries more weight. I am all ears.
*** *** *** *** *** *** ***
Now onto other old and new threads of conversations on politics.
>१० को हत्यालाइ गंभिर रुपमा लिइ महा हत्यारा भनिए पनि १ को
>हत्यारालाइ "उदारवादि हत्यारा" त भन्न मिल्दैन कि कसो ?
Mr. Truth-jyu,
We probably should put it this way. The SAMENESS of one crime and ten crimes is EMOTIONAL or SUBJECTIVE and the DIFFERENCE between them is OBJECTIVE.
Sometimes, the objective observation helps to see the reality better and ease our discomfort.
For example, we Nepalis have been ashamed of ourselves to acknowledge that we killed 14,000 people in an unnecessary (war always has an alternative) political war.
Compare that to what has been happening in Iraq. In just 3 years of invasion, up to 601,000 people (according to an estimate published in Lancet, a reputed medical journal, in 2006) might have been killed. Even just the body count of the non-combatant civilians killed reached 90,251 today.
This sure does not comfort me. I am ashamed of 14000 killings of Nepal anyway. But it gives me a perspective to understand the evil of war better and gives a hope that Nepalis will be able to heal the wound of war better and faster and move forward.
*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
>One can rightly put the blame on the King, the Army,
>the Maoist, the political parties/leaders for various
>crimes, human right abuses, etc.
Sedif-jyu,
On the top of my list of the party that failed our country is always us- people like you, I, or Bathroom, for that matter, the educated or enlightened or whatever mass, who never could intervene in what went for past 15 years except for April 2006. Even in 2006, a large fraction of our youth (of Nepali hip-hop generation, for example) failed to show up. And it was not just a simple matter of intervening. In fact, it was a matter of lack of ideas. If you go through all the academic and popular media publications between 1996 to 2003, you will find that not a single academicians, analysts, journalists have produced a single realistic and doable idea for ending the Maoist war, strengthening/establishing democracy and it’s attributes- accountability, transparency and good-governance. The last three are still missing from the political discourse going on.
So there was an amazing black-out of ideas for almost a decade of the difficult history of Nepal. Why was that, I still do not understand fully.
Anyway, fast forward to today. We have finally found what we were looking for without knowing what they could might be. We now know it was ‘democratic republic’ to put an end to extreme communist quests for good, “inclusion” to unite the people at last (Prithvi Narayan Shah had “united” the land, not the people !) and creative freedom to think about the rest. We are finally at the beginning of a new modern journey. On that note, I will end this rambling of mine.
Nepe
