What do you do when you get mad or upset? How do you control your anger? Some react too much,some show less reaction but everybady gets angry at times. When I am angry I don't want to talk.

i usually go running when i get mad. as ironic as it may sound, it helps me cool down... so i guess someone should piss me off every so often so that i can stay in shape... and so i try not to get mad in the winter time... :-)

When I get MAD, I just put music in high volume and dance (if im alone), if im with frens I rahter become silent once I reah home MUSIC haaaaaa haa kinda funny.-)
