What do you do when you get mad or upset? How do you control your anger? Some react too much,some show less reaction but everybady gets angry at times.

When I am angry I don't want to talk.

flippity-floppity-flop, the mouse ran up the clock. the bird yelled cookoo cookoo, and flippity-floppity-flop went cookoo too. joke garya ni flipflop. kyaaaaaa...

When I am mad.... hmmm if I am mad... I just drive until I am back home...

When I am mad i start to clean things like crazy grrrrrrrrrr oh and later bang the door and get out of the house and walk around the river side.....

I don't do anything, just sit quiet for sometime and that's it, five more minutes and everything is back to normal.

I also sit quiet or go to bed when I get mad.

Oh people thats not good, you should express your feelings, scream, throw things or bang the door but do something and let it out. If you try to hold someday it might explode...

do 2 lines, smoke a J , take a shot of yager ,drink a beer and look in the mirror and start talking to oneself.
