I haven't seen many threads about Food in Sajha. I know a lot of Nepalis I know love chicken and rice and have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. What else besides chicken and rice do you guys love (ethnic food). Mine are: Vietnamese - especially (Goi Couin) Thai - Green Curry Chicken, Fish Cake, Tom Yum soup Japanese - Shasimi, sea weed salad Chinese- Dim Sum Brunch Korean- Seafood soup and bbq and more Lets hear yours.

Ke ho mitra Hindu bhayera Gai ko masu khane. I love steaks as well man Blue( uncooked just warmed like frech do just below rare). I love blood in my steak gives u real flavour of meat. The reason i think we hindu dont eat cow and keep her as sacred because of her utility. When we are born and start to grow up, we get fed on cow's milk mother.They gives us lots of elements and components which our body requires. It makes us strong and grow strong like our mothers milk. My view is " how can u eat cow who help you to be what you are? I think thats the reason why hindus take cow as gau mata.

Oh Favorite foodddddddddd :) Nepali food: aludum with bhurra macha, pork chilli, hmm aluko achar, chukauni, momo from new dish (new road), C momo frm new road and himalayan soup ( gundruk ko soup :) )aru itiyadiii.... Chinese food: Congjee, chawmin, dimsum, various patties, bean soup, fishball, siu mai, grilled P, dry mushroom curry etc..... Russian food: bors, pelmini, smashed potatoes with simple sauce, beetroot salad, patties,cutlets, carrot&garlic salad, white salad, perboi and all btoroi :) Italian: all types of spargetiiiiiiii Indian:Plain naan and sukkha roti, most of curry and rusbariiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiand masala dosaaaaaaaaa THai : tomyam soup Danish: various sandwiches and cookies with choclate drink British: i don't like beef steak, so just smashed potat. hmm aru pachi bhanaula :) regards all :)

how to make maseura you need karkalo and maas ko daal soak masko daal and make paste our of it cut karkalo into small tukra and and dry them(prior) dosen't have to be hardcore mix sukeko karkalo and daal ko paste tholu plate ma sano sano spot garere drying you have to sun dry and after couple of days it's ready to go cooking recipe coming up just stay tuned

you know what I don't know what karkalo is called here in us but if you go to Super 88 I mean chinese store you can find it there.. I don't believe you can get them anywhere else

Try Tofu (medium Firm), uncooked just rinsed with tap water, with Oyster Sauce and Chopped Green Onions on the top and Serve Cold, You will all come in your pants.
