This just in, due to a scuffle between convention attendees, the finale program has come to an abrupt stop. The police has stopped the programme and asked everyone to go back to their rooms. Just heard it from a friend at the concert. Why do they have to spoil it for everyone else

yes, i was there. the live concert was to end at 11:00 PM according to schedule but was way past that hour. how can it end in less than 3 hrs when there were so many numbers performed and medal distribution ceremony? they had saved the "top star" for last. sanjay was to perform at the very end. sugam was doing his thing towards the end and around 1:15 AM the show was canceled by the hotel authorities. a fight had broken out outside the venue (luckily only a minor scuffle had occurred in the concert hall about 1 hr before that). there were about 1000 people in the hotel premises at that time and my guess is that the hotel did not want to take any chances. police was called and everything called off. i believe this is yet another blow to the nepalis image and we have to deal with! anyway the concert was well done especially by sabin rai.

It was FUN to be in LA for ANA convention.... Nice city.... beautiful place.... lots of HOTT chicks.... gorgeous beaches..... friendly weather .... and huge hospitality from the people in Los Angeles... also met tons of neplaese hotties in the convention ... was fun to be with couple of them in the beach .... and later in the hotel.... keep in touch gals ....

Anyways, the climax was a bit too notorious for LA.... but was settled before any damages could accrue... you cannot expect any program of that magnitude to pass on without any mishappening.. esp. when some people drink shit and behave like animals.

And Congrats NY Soccer team, and Nebraska gals Basketball team...
