Hi every body, why don’t we share the picture from the places we live in. Last I saw that lot of you people wanted to visit different corners of the world. So I wanted to share some picture from north part of the world Copenhagen (Capital of Denmark). A part of Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland). You people may have read in your school back home that there is a country where there are 6 months of day and 6 months of night. Scandinavia is that country. And I have seen the midnight sun in Norway in the summer.

I will start with the famous statue of the world, one of Copenhagen’s biggest attractions, “The little mermaid” (Novell by Hans Christian Anderson)

Hi gurudev, i went to Copenhagen 9-10 yrs before for a couple of days. I was alone and didn't know much about the city. So, i just walk out from my hotel and saw a big park called "Trivoli park". It was nice park with movie theater, kiosk shops , food etc. I bought lots of sovinier there including "little mermaid". I heard the story about her which made me cry. I also went to see her real statue. That place makes us sentimental. Isn't it!

gal1 Sounds as if you came to Copenhagen to visit almost the same time as I came here. :) Tivoli Park, yeah it is beautiful and fun, I go there every summer as it is not too far away from where I live, just 8 to 10 minuets of walk. Copenhagen is worth visiting in the summer right now it is very cold, and lucky not too much snow and ice on the street this year, but it can be bit boring in the winter.

I haven't read the novell The little mermaid but I have heard the story and seen a disny cartoon ;)
Well it is quite special statue to visit, bit I quite liked visiting the Author's (H.C Anderson's) home town, it is very beautiful and very special. I liked the author's life story it self. It is sentimental itself.

You should visit CPH again, lot of things has changed. :)

Well Danish people's ancestors were vikings (लुटेरा, ज्यान्मरा, हिन्साकरि ) don't know if you have heard of them.

Well They don't clap any more, they raise hand these days as every one else, and very expensive to ride a cab here, I rather take a public transports which runs 24 hours. :)

no i didn't know that there ancestors were "lutera" and all bhanera!
Oh , before i was too fond of taking cab ( even though it was too expensive but not now). And as i told you before i didn't know anything there so had to take one when i was going out to center and other places.
