Mr. Moriarty, US Ambassador to Nepal said today (Aug.31, 2006) that maoists-terrorists are same as Hezbollah & Hamas. Read Nepalnews.com of Aug 31, 2006. Salute to Mr. Moriarty for having guts to tell this, although he is a diplomat he is of different kind!!!!! In another news India has stopped a Russain plane from going to Nepal carrying missiles & arms made in Israel for Nepal. Maoists are mad about this. Japan has joined EU, USA, India in telling clearly that aid to Nepal may stop if maoists are included in govt without surrender of weapons. GP repeated that no CPA elections if maoists do not surrender weapons! What's going on in Nepal? Comments?

i have nothing personal grudge against moriarty but his statement at times have made me believe that he is one "pig"...a flip coin of Bush. does this fugger know about nepal's ground reality? residing in the US embassy builiding in ktm does not make him aware of what's going on in places like rolpa, dolpa, humla, rukum and so on. i sometimes feel like abandoning US envoys from talking to media, i know it sounds harsh...but the responsible person as he is, needs to be careful of what he is speaking to the media. it circulates around the world in seconds. we are at a critical stage of peace making, and the irresponsible statement as this may well hinder the process. if i were the PM, i would ask him for an apology... yes that's the sad part...we are dependent ...way too much... sometimes more than adequate... and don't forget Bush and US are being "ultra" reactive against terrorism at the moment. they think there is only one way to combat terrorism, by shooting them to death. HELL NO!!!!!! i tell you, US is asking for trouble in the long run, if not at present, if they confuse revolutionists with terrorists...the way they are doing it at the moment. they can't even imagine what will happen if tomorrow, maoists return to jungle. naxalists from india and al queda will/may support maoists and both nepal and india will be in deep deep trouble. fugger US is trying to act way too smart than needed at the moment. i won't be surprised if 9/11 is repeated... So loote what do you think is happening in Nepal right now????You still don't believe that these indian naxalite and maoist are helping nepali maoist??? Do you think ISI and islamic militant terrorist groups do not operate in Nepal???? man..i don't know which world are u leaving man... Terrorist network are sophisticated ..much similar to CIA..it is not easy..Whatever US is doing to eradicate terrorism..i think they are doing for the best interest of thier own country ..at present..who knows about the future?????don't forget we also live in US..attack in US may be attack on you too!!!!!!! I know exterimism is wrong method adopted by US but realize this, trust me on this, they are fighting with humanbeings who cannot quite be considered as humanbeings anymore...they are fighting with people who have revenege..they do not want to hear or see anything..its like junoon do or die...in this circumstance..u will either kill that person or be killed ..who has seen tomorrow ...a sec later you won't be there...

i will rather keep non-judgmental opinion about maoists at the moment. although inflitration is possible, i won't buy the argument that they have been fullly supported by the other terrorist organizations. and for US, it should not be the fight against the people who have "Junoon" ( as you say) to die. they should fight against the "cause" which has made these terrorists. you have keep your surrounding clean to get rid of mosquitoes, that way you don't need to use the repellants.... "fight against the cause not against its products/byproducts" LooTe

NON judgemental????? this is not imaginary things dudel when there are evidences. ok now non judgemental till when ???what is the limit...read today's kantipur daily maoist are breaching peace agreements..and yet people should touch thier feet correct??? by your defination ..everybody who opposes maoist should just quit or run away and let the maoist rule ..replace prachanda instead of king and baburam instead of girija...they will be happy..and u will be happy..cause there is peace atlast...that is excellent solution loote..i do expect that kind of non judgemental opinion from you..(little exagerated by me:)..hheheh) In incase of US..dude, i u hate US and us policies so much then why are you still here??cause no matter what you say you still live in the country where there is law n order, freedom of speach and humanrights, tolerance of race..that you rarely find in anyother country...US has its positive aspects as well as negative..now these muslmans are after US ass because of US policies ...I think US has behaved and straighten its acts a lot...terrorist should show the same ...compromise goes both ways.

Moriarty hit the nail on the head, and I am glad he said it. Most Americans agree with him.

loote kukur is another maoist in the thread. WHERE IS LOKTATNTRA IN MAOIST RULE pregnant woman dies in Maoist captivity A pregnant woman of Hardiya-7 in Saptari district died in Maoist custody on Saturday, three day after the Maoists took her under control. Maoists took away Fulo Devi Yadav in the charge of illicit relation with Kishun Dev Mahatto. Earlier a widow, Yadav had married Kisun Dev Mahato three years ago and had been living in Piparahi in India. They had returned home only a few days ago and villagers in a meeting had separated them. They had also imposed a fine of Rs. 30,000 on Mahato for marrying a widow. Yadav, who has a child from Mahato, was allegedly tortured in captivity after she refused to leave Mahato.

What Moriarty has said is a fact. He has more information (through his intelligence) about Maoists' attrocities than we have. Perhaps as an Ambassador of a country, he should not make that proclamation. He is doing so because whole world (except Maoists) want Maoists to be disarmed and he is trying as a catalyst to pressurize them to abandon violence.

Speaking of Moriarty, just two days before the king relinquished the power, he said "If the king does not give up within a week, he and his family will have to cling to the wings of his helicopter and leave the country for ever." By the way, someone recently pointed out: Nepal's problems at hand are the four M's- Monarch, Maoists, Moriarty and Mukherjee (the indian Ambassdor).

These Indians are really begnning to get in my nerve, And the white people in the west, well who ever is against them these days they are called terrorist. Not realizing how cruel they were them self in the past, through the western revolution. They took USA killing the native people, used Australia for their convicts, started World War 1 and 2, And now trying to decide the fate of other governments with their finger in the Nuclear weapon. Well the Indian really pissed me off, when the whole royal family was murdered and the news was first broadcasted from India by Indian TV. The whole world found out the death of Nepal’s royal family, and Nepal people didn’t knew rat’s ass on what was going on. Nepali people had to hear about their own king’s death through a foreign TV, HTF could that happen, how the news leaked out of Nepal to India. Seems like foreign reporters and government knows exactly what is happening in Nepal then Nepali people them self.

ImI, now don't get into "why i am here in US if i don't like them" stuffs. i have NOT said i don't like being here, however that does NOT mean i have to support each of their policies. as much as i appreciate US for the democracy and freedom of speech that we are bestowed upon with, i hate their foreign policies. the way they are combatting terrrorism is NOT the best of the ways. and they are only inviting trouble for themselves in the long term, if they keep up with it. we can discuss hours in this issue, however i have other obligations at the moment. feel free to argue with me in the US foreign policies agenda. There is no way Hezbollah and Maoist are same. Hezbollah have been helping people rebuild their country. Maoists are only involved in destruction and corruption.

Loote said, " fugger US is trying to act way too smart than needed at the moment. i won't be surprised if 9/11 is repeated... " This wont happen. 9/11 was US sponsored deed. I dont think US wants drama as big as that one again. Now they will just work on making small bomb explosions here and there outside the US and create couple cases of defoiling terrorists acts such as the recent liquid bomb bullcrap. They want ppl to know terrorism exists and ppl should still be aware of it to justify their invasions in this world. PPl dont realize what mastermind whites can do.

Evidently, the kooks here in this thread represent the average sentiment of Nepalis living in the United States, where sajha.com is based. This is clear, because the decent Nepalis here remain largely silent while these moonbats leave their fetid droppings. I am not in anyway against constructive criticism, of course. Maybe I need to spell it out for folks: Letting a bunch of your ethnic ghetto's punks rant and rave unchallenged about how wrong and bad the USA is does nothing but harm to your community's relationship with mainstream American society. Shame on you good people for not standing up as one to put these mouth-offs in their place. Shame!

Mr. American, it's NOT imperative that the way you perceive policies of US of A , everyone should/would follow the same. You don't need to iterate what's good/bad for us (ethnic ghettos, in your own word). It's a freedom of speech that we have been living with that leads us to spill our thoughts over how USA and their policies have been hindering the rest of the world to stay bound. If you are not up for anything constructive, you better keep your US based opinions with you. If you feel our views are wrong, feel free to differ. Don't just show up with your punk ass worth 0 cent that does nothing but blindly support uncle sam and his dogged policies... LooTe
