to me this person sounds a bit naively arrogant; he is nice in a way that he is trying to express whatever he has in his mind, not hiding like some others do. The other funny thing is --he wants a ph. d. too but 15 years down the road. he wants to start at 40+. while not wrong in itself, like NAILS points out, he has no idea about family, kids, their needs, happiness and responsibilities as a family and the like. he is projecting a more professionally competitive personality here which is in some way reflective of a lot of boys/men everywhere, including among Nepalese. maybe he has got the impression that that's what it takes to find a girl. Or maybe this is fake name and address; there is a person behind it, i have no doubt, but the identifying info here may not be real. Or may be; who knows.
