DEAL TIPS,
Buying any Google Products like their latest NEXUS 4 or Tab 7, BUY direct from playstore/unlocked, it's CHEAP !!!
For ex: Nexus 4 outsmart Samsung Galaxy S III in every category, Nexus 4 comes equipped with powerful Snapdragon S4 Pro Quad-Core CPU as smooth as butter UI experience, Tmobile selling Nexus 4 — 2 year contract for $199, but when bought straight off playstore , it's $299. Do you want to stay on contract or pay $99 extra and own it, you do the math??

@BT..shame on you for posting computer with e300 processor for $328. Though noway I m geek but that processor is equivalent to Intel atom processor. I would consider it decent deal if the price goes down for $228. I have seen lot better laptops for $228 at frys.

Nexus 4 does not have expandable memory and does not support LTE. That might be deal breaker for many people but for that price its a great phone.

That's not an atom processor, and it's not equivalent to it at all.
That laptop is still good for viewing HD content, basic office work,
and playing games at low settings with reduced resolution but still very much playable if someone doesn't care about high details.
And, I'm not ashamed of posting that AD, because I already mentioned it's gonna go down to under $300 bucks, around $228.
Mark my word, mark your calendar, it'll be $228. Hail black friday.
For your info on $288 laptop deal, I recall there was one deal a month ago for $227 on frys but specwise, it's lower that what frys is going to sell now at $288
Don't expect to get same $227 deal, it's gone, it's SOLD OUT.
And regarding fry's laptop, it's down in the link
for $288

(This item is not yet available, so I didn't bother to put it up, but here it goes.)

My one year old phone has 8 GB space built-in, and I haven't yet used it up all till date. Why bother with expandability? (There are majority of population who don't even use the fraction of their cellular services)
And, LTE connection is just hyped. In my locale, I tested LTE and I got normally 4 Mbps downstream and strangely over 4 Mbps upstream, and at my 3G end, more or less 3 Mbps downstream and around 720k-1Mbps upstream. So, it's not much of a difference to me based on my locale. I don't know how those speed varies in different areas, but for me, I don't give a damn care about LTE yet unless they make it same everywhere. I'll wait till then to consider seriously, for now, LTE is nothing but overhyped and they're just 'New Kids on the block'. Let them mature first, we'll see later. Nexus 4 is kickass specwise, may be limited to features, but after all, critiques have to cover all those things, just wondering if you are basing on those reviews. I'm not basing my comment on anyones critique, I saw the spec and I liked it :D

@BT...E300 is definitely faster than intel atom processors found in netbooks but its also truth that E300 is basically netbook processor. And whats up with that 1.3gh speed? Frys has lenovo for $228 numerous times.
If you think LTE is hyped then I have to say that you are totally wrong., Maybe you are not getting higher speed or you may not even have LTE coverage but most of the LTE covered area will give you speed above 15mbps to 35 mbps. In fact, like you, LTE is not big deal for me as it churns data faster but people these days care lot about speed and thats why I said most of the people.
BTW,,, I bought refurbished lenovo corei7, 8gig ram for $324 three months ago on lenovo.com. But, that was one time deal.

Avoid HP laptops, some of the links above are copy/paste and have HP laptop deal but try to avoid them as far as possible.
I've worked on them and their CPU seatings are the worst. It melts pretty quick overtime,
most of them have BGA instead of PGA, so avoid HP laptops at all cost. No wonder why it's sinking.
I'll try not to post any of HP deals, but if it gets through, avoid it.

@rahasya, that's what I thought, may be I didn't have enough towers around me, but still managed to get good 4 Mbps downstream for a cellphone on speedtest. And, in my opinion, when it doesn't have enough coverage, and it flaunts like it has, it's 'overhyped' for me.
Some guy in Florida had his LTE speed crossing beyond 27Mbps, but here am in Santa Cruz and I had just 4 Mbps, and my area is well-advertized for 4G LTE, These people still think they can blow the trumphet and sell their stuffs when it's not the truth.
Yeah.. ha ha ha.. another thing, these network providers give you services with pathetic data limit like 2/5/10 GB and then offer you 4GLTE, damnn.. you'd use that up all at once, and then what? It's like bigger pipe vs, smaller pipe and so less water. I don't really get it. Thank god, I've grandfathered unlimited data plan on my verizon network, rooted and happy with my 6-10 Gig monthly consumption, they at times throttle if I do too much but by the time time, my month ends and cycle restarts :D
