Don't get too carried away from reality and jump into the river like the rest. News media is full of BS about the issue. "Immigration reform" is the term that is only synonymous with Hispanic and Latin immigrants. They are the one who needs welfare, they are the one with 20 kids (Catholics), they are the one who cannot change their country and migrate to America, and at the end they want everything for free. This so called "immigration reform" is a way to get all the Asian rally under the banner, but just for "their" cause. No Asian really should care about it. From the Early Japanese and Chinese, people from that part of the continent have always survived without government intervention or begging for a free ride, whether it from opening a 711 or a laundry service, they have always survived without whining. In every metro cities across the US, it is always the Latinos and the black who needs help, not Asians. All an all, even Nepali people can find a way to survive here, and we're from one of the poorest nation. What gives them the right to enjoy free health care through tax payer money. Like the Nepali saying goes.."Kaam garney Aaley...makai khane Bhaley" No offense, some people needs to stop watching TV and travel across the US instead and learn the reality.

Rewire, It is you who is influenced by the media (might I add the right wing media aka Fox news) and twist the purpose of the march. If you read the facts, the immigrant communities give more than take in America. But this march isn't about free rides or welfare, it is about giving a chance to those people living in the shadows to come out and live a normal life, no matter which part of the world they are from.

Rewire, I don't believe most Llatinos come here for walfare and free health care. They come here to work hard and feed their family back home and start a better life at US just like you and me.

This reminded me MJ's one of the song All I wanna say is that they don't really care about us.. Immigration reform was supposed to be addressed last year but it got postponed. Obama said that this will be discussed during Labor Day 2009. Obama's administration has much more other challenges that it is facing currently than giving path to citizens to illegal immigrants. One word - It's not gonna happen anytime soon.
