भर्जिनिया राज्यको फेयरफ्याक्स स्यान्टिली नजिकै रुट ५० मा शुक्रबार करिब पौने दश बजे गाडीले ठक्कर दिंदा तुलसीराम थपलिया वर्ष करिब ४१ को अवस्था चिन्ताजनक हुन पुगेको कुरा फेयरफ्याक्स च्यान्टलीका खेम संग्रौलाले नेपालीपोष्टलाई जानकारी दिनुभएको छ ।
 अस्पतालका चिकित्सकका अनुसार थपिलियाको मेरुदण्ड र टाउकोमा गंभीर चोट लागेको र हाल ग्यालोज रोडस्थित फेयरफ्याक्स अस्पतालको ट्राइको आइसीयु बेड नम्बर १० मा उपचार भइरहेको छ । घाइतेलाई आफूले शनिबार विहान ३ बजे र शनिबार दिउँसो समेत हेरेर आएको उहाँको अवस्था निक्कै नै चिन्ताजनक रहेको घाइतेका छिमेकी कमल पोखेरले नेपालीपोष्टलाई जानकारी दिनुभयो ।
पोखरेलका अनुसार शुक्रबार राती इण्डियन रेष्टुरेन्टमा काम सकेर रातीको दश वजे अर्को काम नजिकैको सोनको ग्याँस स्टेशनमा जाने क्रममा रुट ५० को हाइवेबीचबाटै बाटो काट्ने हुँदा द्रुत गतिमा आएको कारले थपलियालाई ठक्कर दिएको र दूर्घटनापछि हेलिकप्टर आएर नै घाइतेलाई अस्पताल पुर्याएको थियो ।
थपलिया समयमा काममा नपुगेका कारण कामबाट फोन आएको र उहाँको खोजी गर्ने क्रममा पोखरेल नजिकै बाटोमा ठूलो दूर्घटना भएको देखेपछि दूर्घटनास्थलपुगेर आफ्नो साथी हराएकाले कतै उहाँ नै त दूर्घटनामा पर्नुभएको होइन भनेर प्रहरीसँग बुझ्दा थपलिया नै दूर्घटनामा परेको कुरा प्रहरीले जानकारी दिई घाइतेका बारेमा पोखरेलसित थप जानकारी प्रहरीले लिएको कुरा पनि पोखरेलले नेपालीपोष्टलाई बताउनुभयो ।
गत अगस्ट महिनामामात्र अमेरिका आइपुगेका थपलियाका चार छोरी एक छोरा र श्रीमती काठमाडौं वडा नम्बर १३ स्थित छाउनीमा हुनुहुन्छ ।
गत सोमबारमात्र एक कार दूर्घटनामा परी मृत्यु हुन पुगेकी कृतिका सिंहको शबलाई शनिबार नेपाल पठाउने तयारीमा रहेको बेला पुनः नेपालीहरुले अर्को दर्दनाक घटना बेहार्नुपरेको छ । |

Accidents are tragic but I am sick of the attitude and negligance of Nepalese people in the road. Some are driving without seatbelt, others are overspeed in snow and some even cannot cross the road safely.

Thats real SAD.......Oh God protect him and help him through speedy recovery...he has Too many people depending on him back home. I wish him all the best and will include him in my prayers.........

intersection ko satta bich bato batai cross garna lageka rahechhan Tulsi Ram le, ani hunchha??? i think there should be classes targetting to Nepalese immigrant (temporary or permanent) in the USA to convince them that it is safer for oneself and for others if one wears seat belt while driving or uses intersection and follows traffic light signals while crossing the roads.

I hope he recover very good and sue the driver ass and hope he gets some million out of that guy, and even from the insurance.

May god protect him. It seems that there are quiet a few depending upon him. Please god you cannot punish all those innocent kids for his mistake. ---------------------------- I dont see any reason why one should disobey any traffic law. Seat belts, drink driving, speeding, talking in mobile while driving, crossing highway...... these are very common sense things... Please lets not do these silly mistakes and suffer....

u r right ctal, there should be classes targetting nepalese imigrants on how to stay safe. Now i fear that Mr. Tulsiram has health insurance or not!! because many of us just ignore taking health insurance. Anyway, i pray god for his well recovery.

I wish him for his early recovery of health. I completely agreed with MNO, gyanguru.
However, it's might done due to over confidence/smart or gross negligence doing by Nepali people over here (over speeding, highway drive without seat belt, drink driving, driving without insurance of the vehicle and driver).
Therefore, everybody has supposed to take insurance as far as possible. It would be great for everyone rather then making fund rise in every event in a regular interval.

यो सरासर कुइरेको गल्ती हो । गोर्खाली ले जहाँ जहाँ बाटो कत्छ त्यही त्यही intersection अनी जेब्रा क्रसिङ नबनाएर किन अन्त अन्त बनाउन परेको ? गाई खाने मोरा हर्को बुद्धी कहाँ होस् ?
