Hello,
I have a quick question regarding Visa. I really appreciate if somebody has any ideas on this issue.
I came to US in 2006 in F-1 visa which is valid until next one year. My passport expired in 2007 and I renewed it in US. Now I am planning to go back to Nepal in this summer. At the mean time some people told me that I have to again apply for Visa to be stamped in my new passport to enter US. I don't think this is logical as well as practical. I know that I have to carry both of passports with me but confused about getting new Visa.
Please suggest me on this issue if you have any experience on this.

If your visa still valid than you don't need new visa.

if your visa is valid you dont need visa. make sure you have latest I-20 for travel with you which actually shows validity of your status. Though you have F1 visa till next year but if you are not a student then your visa may be void.
