I am not sure if you are kidding or genuinely asking. When was the last time you got a new job where you had to pay to join the workforce?? That's a red flag right there. I wouldn't waste any money.

I couldn't help notice but the site www.typenepal.com looks very similar to www.e-kantipur.com e-kantipur trying to raise some money for journalism? lol... well possibly not.. but its the same template...
