Madhesi community in NY to work for Madhesis of Nepal
The Madhesi community in New York ahs decided to work for the 13 million Madhesis in Nepal with added vigor in the run up to the constituent assembly elections in Nepal.

Madhesi communities gathered at the Nepali Mandir in Woodside, Queens, New York City and discussed the current challenges faced by Madhesis in Nepal and abroad during the programme organized by Association of Nepali Teraians in America (ANTA) – NY.

A press statement issued by the organizers said, “Some of the key issues that were discussed were the Madhesi identity, the use of the word Madhesi, as to how much of the sorry socio-economic plight of the Madhesis can be attributed to personal deficiencies, namely in education and income, and how much to structural prejudices and discrimination.”

The meeting also demanded to resolve the issue of citizenship certificates before the election of the constituent assembly. nepalnews.com pb June 20 06

what desrimination are these idiots talking about now?if we talk about decrimination .There is not a single person who is not descriminated. So , Madeshi should stop BSing around and start collecting khali sisi hahahah.. just kiddin.
