I can officially call myself a net junkie. I check emails at least 10 times a day. Look at forums at least 5 times a day and on top of that I spend time on news websites like bbc, nepalnews and kantipuronline.
In a way, my internet activities have provided some routine in my life and I have gained a lot of insights due to them.
Yet nowadays, I am realizing that I am spending a staggering amount of time in the webspace. I crave to get the news and discussions every time I am near the computer and the 5 minutes eventually turns into 25 and then two hours fly by.
I guess I am coming to the wrong place in the first place ( u can't go to a pub to stop your alcoholism ) but still, how the heck do you control your net usage? But in this cae, the situation is slightly different since it's the flow of ideas that are taking place and not beer bongs.
So I have tried a lot of stuff to limit my usage and have yet to find an effective method to curb my "enthusiasm for the net".
