Hello everyone!! Please do advise, if a person is out of status in usa and wants to visit in other country instead the country of his origin. Is it feasible for him? Is there any chance that the person would get the visa? Has anyone done that before? Would thank you all in advance for your help. bless you all.

If you are already out of status then I would suggest going back to home country and apply for visa. If you don't get one, you are with your family. It's hard to get to third country (entry visa to third country, cost of traveling to third country and very high price of air ticket to go back to your country if denied US visa)

PRESIDINGEARTHLY i am not sure where you want to go, but you will get visas for some countries whether it will be hard to get the western european countries but countries like singapore, thailand or korea.. you will be able to get the visa. They may not ask your visa status here and i presume you came here for F1 status, its very likely that if you apply the visa around May, saying that you are having summer break and just wants to visit the country, very likely you will get the visa. Best of LUCK

As long as you have a nepalese passport without american visa in it, you are fine.....they rarely ask for your expired passport which has a US Visa. But then...you cannot reenter US after that...so think about it. well, I take my words back, if it is a commonwealth country...it makes sure you are presently in status....

of course there's no such word as 'impossible' in any dictationary.. go back to the origin get the visa for the country..and find a gf/bf who can marry you from the country you ran out of visa and then come back .. no probs...call Geaorge W BUsh and say that you are going to vote for him so he'll give you not only license but visa...tell him that you're gonna fight for him and the pay the taxes and work for him as a FBI to find other immigrants..and you'll stay here forever...and give free visa to all the countries under his puppetry UN

Thank you all, for your suggestions. Actually,The person wants to visit one of the european union countries. As a matter of fact, applying for partnership visa.He is already illegal here.In such scenario, what is the chance to get visa for the third country? He is quite worried since he doesn't want to go back to nepal and again apply for the third country. It would be lengthy process. If you guys have any related information, Please do advise.

If you are out of status, you have to go to your home country to get a new visa, which is nearly impossible. You cannot do it elsewhere. To go to Europe, the embassy's will probably ask you about your status in US, going to Europe is dicey. Best thing is eiher stay here and work towards your legal status or go back home to Nepal.
