@Bisaka, I would recommend you to wait till your status is changed i.e from F2 to F1. After, the status is changed then you apply for TPS as the registration is still available till december 21 or 24 of 2015.

Also, regarding your second question about apply OPT after termination of TPS status, YES you can but only if the TPS status is terminated.You can't apply for OPT EAD if you still have TPS EAD. So, just make sure that you don't have two EAD's. Thanks!!
