Do they have CDMA Network setup? I highly doubt its compatible with the network.

Let's say you end your service with Virgin Mobile and take that phone to Sprint (this carrier used to be all CDMA). The phone will not work though they are both CDMA. CDMA is a dying standard anyway. May be that's why you want to send the phone to Nepal, in the first place.
For the phone to work in Nepal, it has to be a GSM and the phone needs to be unlocked. That's my understanding.
